Civil Engineering Retainers

The State University of New York at Stony Brook (herein after referred to as "SUNY”) is soliciting qualifications from civil engineering companies for a retainer contract, in accordance with SUNY at Stony Brook 2526-103MC (Request for Qualification) and Exhibits. The civil engineering companies are to provide d esign services to repair, maintain, upgrade, and/or rehabilitate existing site utilities and campus infrastructure, including but not limited to existing utility tunnels, drainage and storm systems, grading and erosion control, kitchen waste systems, sanitary sewer systems, chilled water systems, domestic water systems, tele/data systems, tele/data towers/poles, natural gas systems, high temperature hot water systems, electric systems (high voltage, medium voltage, low voltage), landscaping, irrigation systems, parking systems, traffic management, EV charging program, walkways, curbs and roads, athletic fields and facilities, surface water features, site security, fire access and fire protection systems, and specialty systems such as those for research laboratories, medical facilities, and sustainable site design features.
