Description

Binghamton University is seeking a qualified contractor to expand parking lots on campus. The project is broken up into a base bid and 2 alternates. The base bid involves the site work required to regrade and expand parking lot M3 on campus. Alternate #1 involves the site work required to regrade and expand parking lot F3. This work includes but is not limited to a new concrete ADA accessible curb ramp, new drainage structures (under drain and catch basin) and other site features. Alternate 2 involves the site work required to regrade and expand lot ZZ South. This work includes but is not limited to expanding the existing asphalt parking lot, new drainage structures (French drain), landscape restoration work and other site features. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for Monday April 13, 2026 at 9:00 AM in conference room C of the physical facilities building. Please reference Binghamton University’s website for parking instructions. Prospective Bidders must purchase a bid set from nyplanroom.com to be considered a responsible bidder, even if the bidding documents were viewed or obtained from a plan room or source other than the designated website in either electronic or paper format. The designated website and registered bidders will be updated periodically with addenda, list of registered plan holders, reports and other information relevant to submitting a Bid for the project. All other official notification, addenda and other Bidding Documents will be offered only through the designated website. Neither Owner or Engineer will be responsible for bidding documents, including addenda if any, obtained from sources other than the designated website.
