All bids must be placed in a sealed envelope and shall clearly be marked " Sealed Bid for Water Tower Repair .” E-mailed or faxed bids will not be accepted. Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud immediately after the 1:00 PM submission deadline in Room 303B of the Livingston County Government Center. All bidders must register with Ashley Scutt, identified above, to ensure receipt of any subsequently issued addendum(s).
