Air Traffic Control Software Upgrade

This Invitation For Bid (IFB) is issued by Farmingdale State College (FSC), a member of the State University of New York (SUNY) system, and is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to provide a new enhanced air traffic control (ATC) training simulation upgrade software solution for our Air Traffic Collegiate Training Initiative (AT-CTI) Program. This system will support both tower and radar controller training in a higher education environment. This will allow FSC to develop a one-year program, embedded in a two- or four-year college degree that will include the Basic and Advanced training.
