By accessing or using AwardMast ("the Service"), operated by AwardMast LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

AwardMast aggregates publicly available procurement bid opportunities from government portals across the NYC metropolitan area. We provide search, filtering, email alerts, and document access tools to help small businesses find relevant opportunities.

The Service does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any procurement data. Users should always verify information directly with the issuing agency before submitting bids.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to scrape, crawl, or systematically download data from the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
• Share your account credentials with third parties
• Resell or redistribute data obtained from the Service without permission

5. Intellectual Property

The Service, its design, and its original content are owned by AwardMast LLC and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Procurement data sourced from public government portals remains in the public domain.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that procurement data will be accurate or complete.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AwardMast LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits or lost business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. You may delete your account at any time through the account settings.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

10. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law principles.
